Road Permits

The Benton County Road Department is receiving applications for Driveway permits, Road Bore permits, and Road Cuts Permits.

A $500.00 security bond is required for Road Bore and Road Cuts permits. We will only receive security bonds.
NO CASH OR CHECKS will be accepted.

There is no fee for the Driveway Permit but is required before beginning construction on a driveway.

Permit Applications along with you site plan will need to be completed and can be submitted using the form below or emailed to roadspermits@bentoncountyar.gov.
