Benton County Environmental Division 479-271-1083 will take calls relating to illegal dumping in the county. You can also report a violation here. An Enforcement Officer will visit the site and file a report on the incident. Every effort will be made to contact the suspected violator and enforce State Environmental Laws.

Does anyone recycle used motor oil and antifreeze?
Yes, up to 5 gallons of motor oil can be recycled at Advance Auto Parts, Autozone, Fagans Crossroads, O’Reilly, Tractor Supply in Siloam Springs only and Wal-Mart. Antifreeze is accepted at Kwik Kar, Valvoline, and Your Automotive all three companies are in Rogers.
What should I do with old prescription drugs or sharps?
Unwanted prescriptions or over-the-counter medications can be brought to the Sheriff Office Drug Drop-off box located at 1300 SW 14th Street in Bentonville as well as specific police stations.
